Amara Ayurveda Retreat: Eco-Living Overlooking Western Ghats - Kovalam

I always choose this place for my stay as it has friendly staff who helped me with places to go. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, pool, spa, diving. Coming back for a business trip. Great amenities included. No regrets.

The hotel with well-equipped and silent rooms, in a local area, in Kovalam area. Comfortable beds, a safe, multi-channel TV, and coffee/tea making machines in the room. A delightful view of garden. Peaceful and excellent location, only a short distance to everywhere. Clean pool, parking nearby. Not to mention great wifi! Very relaxing experience there.

We had a really comfortable stay and loved the location. the staff was very friendly, and the rooms were well-equipped. the beautiful position of the retreat was an added bonus.

The room at Amara Ayurveda Retreat was so cozy and comfortable! I loved the seating area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The balcony was a great bonus, offering a lovely view of the surroundings. And having executive lounge access made me feel like a VIP!

I personally found the soundproofing in the double room to be a bit lacking. But hey, that's just my opinion!

The soundproofing in the double room was a bonus, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. And having a tea/coffee maker right in the room was a pleasant surprise!

I must admit, I wasn't really into the executive lounge access. It's just not my cup of tea.

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel! The location on the hilltop overlooking the greenery was absolutely breathtaking. The view from our room's balcony was like something out of a poem. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. We couldn't keep our eyes off the lush nature surrounding the hotel. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the beautiful views offered by the hotel, including the breathtaking scenery of the surrounding area. the hotel's location was perfect, being just a short ride away from the city and the beach. Our room was clean, well-equipped, and spacious. the food was fresh and delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the fruits and vegetables grown on the property.

One of the drawbacks was the difficulty in getting a cab to the hotel, especially since Uber does not cover the area. We had to rely on the hotel's transportation or find someone local to pick us up and bring us back.
